Cancellations & No Shows

Outerly is a village, and the magic of connection only works when we can count on each other to show up. When someone doesn’t show up for an outing, it is unkind and affects the whole group’s experience.

To protect the Outerly orbit and the experiences we offer, we have a firm cancellation and no-show policy:

Upon registration: You agree to this cancellation/no-show policy. No refunds will be issued.

‍Cancel more than 48 hours before your outing: You will receive a credit for a future outing. You will not be assigned to a group or sent an itinerary.

‍Cancel less than 24 hours before your outing: You will be automatically charged a $10 late cancellation fee and no credit will be given. Active members enjoy one free late cancellation per month, then the same fees apply.

‍No-shows without cancellation: All participants must check in for their outing in their account when they arrive. No-shows without cancellation will be automatically charged a $20 no-show fee and repeat offenders (2x in 30 days) will be suspended from participating in Outerly outings for one month.

When our team has to cancel a walk: We only cancel walks due to weather or circumstances beyond our control. In the event of a cancellation by our team, we will provide all ticket purchasers with a credit to a future walk.

We understand unexpected circumstances happen, and rare exceptions to these rules will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
